today i had reunion lunch. XD like. steamboat for lunch. a little weird.friday was CNY celebrations. in the morning had hui chun. which i didnt have to take part in cos i had t perform. but still i had 1hr to stone XDthen got changed and went to LT. practiced the cny songs once or twice after warmups. then.this is the part i love(:we were supposed to be having a break till it was our turn up stage. we were like the last performing item. which gave us quite alot of time. so a few of us sec3s just decided to sit/stand together and sing. after como the sec4s clapped for us!(: and then some of the sec4s who were just sitting ard joined us singing. then like one or two songs later i realised that everyone was just singing. even though we weren't like standing together or anything. just sitting very dispersed around the LT. just singing together(: i could see that everyone was just singing, and enjoying themselves singing. just sitting around and singing every song we could think of. i loved the way we just sounded so together although we weren't together physically as a grp. i was really enjoying myself and i could tell that everyone else was too. just singing for fun. i guess that's something really good abt being a chorister. we can just be together as a small grp everywhere and anywhere as choristers singing.no need to bring any instruments or whatnot. just our voices. and i think jaakobin was sung very well. i really enjoyed the screaming. you could feel the whole LT vibrate and shake. like it was shivering at our music. the screams just filled up the whole LT. beautiful(: to stnicks and RI: IF YOU KILL JAAKOBIN BY NOT SINGING IT NICELY AND DOING THE SONG JUSTICE I'LL PERSONALLY GO AND SLAUGHTER YOU ALL. XD
then when we had to go on stage singing the cny songs we were all so high that we were all just enjoying ourselves on stage performing. i think i love performing. esp as a chorister(: getting in the mood and getting high on stage singing cny songs. so high that we started off real fast. then after the last song i was supposed to pop the popper thing with some ppl. then mine got stuck. then when i finally managed to pull it it was like 1 or 2 sec slower than the rest. like one isolated POP. funny. but anyway it felt real good singing as a choir but not really as a choir if you get what i mean in the LT. and it felt really good singing and performing the cny songs too(:i really hope that i can feel the same level of passion and enjoyment every time we sing. just that feeling that we want and need to sing. if we can keep this up, i'm sure we can succeed(:♥nyc. sing till your lungs give out.
